Refund and Returns Policy

We know that choosing EVAYA Naturals is an investment in your wellness — and we want you to feel completely at home with every purchase. If something isn't right, we've built a policy that's both fair to you and sensible for us.

How to start a return

To return a product, send us a WhatsApp message or email within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, the order number, the product(s) you'd like to return, and a short note on why. We'll reply with the next steps — usually within the hour during opening times.

We refund every qualifying return within 14 days of receiving the item back. Original delivery charges aren't refunded unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, message us straight away on WhatsApp. We will replace the item at no cost and cover the shipping both ways. Please hold on to the original packaging until we have confirmed the replacement.

What qualifies for our 14-day policy

  • Unused, unopened EVAYA products within 14 days of purchase
  • Items in their original packaging with seals intact
  • Products purchased directly from EVAYA Naturals (in-store, WhatsApp, or this website)

After 14 days

For returns beyond the 14-day window, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or decline the return at our discretion. We strongly recommend messaging us before sending anything back so we can confirm you're covered.
